At Doctors24, a trusted brand under ICU at Home, we are committed to providing exceptional care while maintaining transparency in our processes. Below are the guidelines for cancellations and refunds to ensure clarity and fairness:
Cancellations
Before Service Commencement:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service start time are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service start time will incur a 20% administrative fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
After Service Commencement:
- Once the service has started, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
How to Cancel:
- Cancellations can be requested through our customer support team via phone or email. Ensure you provide your booking ID for prompt processing.
Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation requests meeting the timelines mentioned above.
- Service cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or inability to provide service from Doctors24.
- Documented negligence or dissatisfaction with the service, subject to a thorough review.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
Non-Refundable Charges:
- Consultation fees or teleconsultations with doctors or specialists that have already been availed.
- Costs for consumables, medical equipment, or one-time setup charges, once delivered or utilized.
Rescheduling Policy
- If you need to reschedule a booked service, you can do so based on availability.
- Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled service start may incur a rescheduling fee.
